I have purchased a sony ericission mobile, model no:- xperia neo-v, on dated 30.01.2012. It has one year warrenty, but after five months its screen does not work and I am unable to pick calls and other work on my mobile. Then I went to custmer care they sent my mobile to Sonipat (Haryana) for repair on dated 08.06.2012, But till dated i have not receved my phone, every time when I contact to custmer care they told wait for 4-5 days. Please help me regarding my problem
