I purchased a item from Homeshop18 on 26-Jan-2014 and i received a defective product. I reversed the product and called the Homeshop18 executives number of times and told them to refund the amount inspite of me telling so many times they resent the product back. Again i send back the product and still waiting for refund but no proper response from thier side.
