Dear Team,
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA phone on 2-May-13 from HomeShop18 website. The product was not delivered till date.
i recieved a SMS from LM-HOMSHP on 11-May-13 stating
“Dear Customer, we regret to inform that due to to huge response we have exhausted our stock and we have to cancel your order no 925207389. Thabkyou for your time. Team HS18”
Now there is no update on their website for the delay of my product which was to be delivered on 5-6 working day and neither their call centre person knows anything.
they do not even know, till when my money will be refunded.
I want my complete money refunded as per the delay of the product as they ensure it will be delivered with 5-6 working days at time of payment.
