I ordered Roti maker ( Nikky Tasha) from your company around 1.5 month ago.
After the receiver we found it as it does not work as shown in the TV. It was really a bad product which does not function as shown.
I requested for the refund of the money and even after the long follow up your company was not ready to provide refund of money. This is really pathetic way to treat the customer. As they stated that there was 7 day money back guaranty.
After so many days of hard trying, we came to know that Homeshop18 Representative is just making us fool and not ready to provide refund. Then i went for another option i.e replacement as explained by your representative.
The product got dispatch from my house around 4 week ago, however i have not received any update regarding my second replacement product ie mobile car holder.
I placed ordered by my father name as Mr. A. T Jivesh.
Requesting you to provide me replacement product which i mentioned in dispatch box as below,
1) Combo dress of 3.
2) Mobile car holder.
I received a call from customer service that they they will give call back to me about my second replacement , however i have not received any call from them till the time. I think again they are making us fool. Please take necessary action for the same. (My Order number- 963686207 , Suborder number – 98261311). Thanks,
