Homeshop18 fake products and fake customer service

Hi Team,
I ordered Roti maker ( Nikky Tasha) from your company around 1.5 month ago.
After the receiver we found it as it does not work as shown in the TV. It was really a bad product which does not function as shown.
I requested for the refund of the money and even after the long follow up your company was not ready to provide refund of money. This is really pathetic way to treat the customer. As they stated that there was 7 day money back guaranty.
After so many days of hard trying, we came to know that Homeshop18 Representative is just making us fool and not ready to provide refund. Then i went for another option i.e replacement as explained by your representative.
The product got dispatch from my house around 4 week ago, however i have not received any update regarding my second replacement product ie mobile car holder.

I placed ordered by my father name as Mr. A. T Jivesh.

Requesting you to provide me replacement product which i mentioned in dispatch box as below,
1) Combo dress of 3.
2) Mobile car holder.

I received a call from customer service that they they will give call back to me about my second replacement , however i have not received any call from them till the time. I think again they are making us fool. Please take necessary action for the same. (My Order number- 963686207 , Suborder number – 98261311). Thanks,

    Looks like they are selling our data otherwise how these fraud people would come to know that we have purchased anything from homeshop18 and on that basis i have won TATA safari. (I got call two times regards prize) I search online many people have got same TATA Safari call. refering homeshop18 I got call just after purchasing from homeshop18 that proves they sell data.
    I Purchased Polo Neck T-shirt (pack of 4 t-shirt) in Medium size From Homeshop18 they send one in small and other three in medium I call them in 1 hour of delivery they said we will send you one t-shirt in medium size in 8 working days, After 10 days they call and said we don’t have in stock we can only send you coupon or send whole package back and then we will send you new pack. well if they are not capable of send four same size t-shirt it is hard to believe they will send same size again or they will send at all as they may be out of stock then might not send at all not money will be gone and no t-shirt and the way they talk shows the company quality/level. Now I have agreed to send rs 250/- coupon on 15-06-2018 instead of my favorite T-shirt b’cos of which i order whole pack.

    This was my last order on homeshop18 I will spread and insist others not to buy from this incapable company.

    Amazon is best I have order many things but not complaints in quality wise.
