i put an order for mobile and the order no is 959468789 from homesgop18 on 30 nov 14. I received the same on 06dec14, when i opened i found one mobile out of two was unserviceable. this incident was converse with customer care on phone and asked him to give me compliant number, but no compliant number is received. on 08dec14, again i put a compliant through web portal and i received a complaint no.#714912 and asked me to wait for two days for solving this problem. no one contacted or i received any mail from other end. on 10dec14 again, i lodged a complaint no. 120470041 and the same thing goes. after this on 13 dec14, i called customer care, from their end i got very rude behavior. again on 16dec14, i called customer care n asked the progress in my lodged compliant, they assured me to call back on same day or very next for resolving this. but today is 21dec14, still i am waiting for their call and get rid out of this
