Homeshop18 is fooling us by false lucky draw advt on TV. It never happened for the item i ordered, but they have been giving incorrect details.

Good Evening. This is Anand here and I have placed my first order from your organisation yesterday after watching your TV show.
I am going to the consumer court. If you have any justification, please provide it asap..
– During the show, it was mentioned that the lucky draw for samsung LED TV will be there for the customer ordering the item
– I have ordered for the Princeware 40 Pc set yesterday.
– The lucky draw was not announced yesterday whereas for other items, it has been already announced.
– Yesterday night, i called your customer care and they told that lucky winner will be announced today morning @ 11am
– During the 11am announcement, the lucky draw for my item was not announced.
– I was really pissed off and called your customer care, and they told it was already announced yesterday. – but this was the 1st blunder by your ppl giving wrong updates.
– Today evening, i called and complained and asked them an explanation, one of your customer care told me, it was announced already today @ 7am.
– This was another blunder of details provided. – i asked him if thats the case, please check and update me who the winner was.
– He was so angry and later kept me on hold on 15 mins and then said, the winner has not been announced and when i asked him, why been giving wrong updates from yesterday night – he started telling tougher replies and later cut the call.
– I have called your team and clearly told about my frustration and 1st time ordering. I am clear that i am taking this matter to consumer court and going to complain.
– Why give wrong updates to customer, and added to put wrong lucky draw ads on TV shows. and above that not agreeing for the mistakes you did and tell that prizes are already announced and making us waste our time. I have lost the trust..
You people are fooling the customers and giving wrong details like this. The same thing happened with my wife last time, but she was polite and thought what you guys were telling is correct..
But you people are a bunch of ppl. fooling us like anything.
I am going to the consumer court. you need to give a fix for this..
