HiIam iqbal azeez from kannur kerala I puchased from HOME SHOP 18 by online MICROMAX A 101 DUAL SIM WIFI MOBILE Rs 9999.00. THEY DELIVERY LAST FEBRUARY 6 2013.when I open packet I found two stones inside place of Mobile.after I call to customer service they give me address that I will send back that parcel. after I sent it but they are not accpting that parcel because of stones.also they promise me that they will refund my courier charge, untill now no have mobile no have money.
