Ihave purchase a flat on OXY HOMEZ at bhoupra GZB. from the company ‘SUPER REALTECH PVT. LTD.
The cost of flat 2350000/- i have submitt 20 % payment diposite on company account.due 80% payment approved by DHFL Noida Branch on march 2012 as Housing loan with conf. letter
but till i have no any payment reacevie from bank .i have complainet again & again but till bank have no any answer no any responce . so that i have face many problem like ..builder reminder me notice due payment , intrest on basic cost.
please suggestion me what can i do

please note that DHFL Approved my loan without any flat aggrement

i am nand kishore solanki have also book a flat in oxy homez ghazaibad , my loan sanctioned from LIC Housing Finance Limited and no any problem with LHFL and all payments is receive time to time . I receive Demand Letter from Super Realtech pvt ltd and Submit to LHFL after three working days i collect cheque from LHFL office and sumbit to Super realtech pvt ltd .

I suggest to u go with Lic Housing Finance Limited
