Dear Sir,
I took 2 holiday package on 31-03-213 and mentioned book hotel within 3 months. they have given 2 options, book online and pay booking fee and send demand draft and book hotel.
I tried so many times the site given in their booklet, but it was not working. I tried even on friday, Saturday and sunday (within 3 months) and called to Bagit today, thay given 1 more number and asked me to call them, but they didn’t pick the call yesterday. I called the given number (01206182100), they picked today and they said your offer expired as we didn’t get demand draft. As I am software engineer, I prefer online payment as I can book online till 30th June 2013.
The site given for hotel booking is (http://115.113.73.137/ITBCBOOKINGFORM, but it is not working. I took 2 holiday booking on same day it cost of Rs: 14000.
Thay are bluffing customers, all faulty packages. They were asking why didn’t you send us draft for booking. Here I want complin on both Bagit today and holiday homes. Even they didn’t give me any information offer expriation, either on phone, or email.
Please help me in this regard.
