THIS YEAR ALSO I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM SO I THOUGHT TO PUT A COMPLAINT IN HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE,I REGISTER A COMPLAIN MORE THAN ONE AND A HALF MONTHS BEFORE,AND EVERY DAY I PUT A CALL ON THEN TO KNOW MY STATUS,BUT THEY ARE JUS MAKING FOOL N SAYING ONE THING SIR YR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVEND SOON.0N 10/5/12 ONE TECHNESION CAME AND CHARGED 385RS,BUT ITS OF NO USE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE
