I have bought a window AC RAV 518 ERD on 5 June 2011 ,From Hitachi Home Lajpatnagar Part 2, New Delhi . Recently I got it serviced via Hitechi Authorized Service provider Ms Shivam as per Hitachi Records on 8 May 2012. They have simply taken out the whole unit and washed it by pouring water on the ac unit . When I have asked them ,they told me this is how the service is done . being a layman , I have to keep quite as they are the authorized by Hitachi .
The people who came to service my Ac was not professional , they are inexperienced people . Even they dont know how to close the unit .
Now after that service within a month or so I am getting error E9 , I have called on customer care number 07930414747 .
I hereby put a blame of in accurate service , lack of experience and breach of contract with HItachi so I am going to lodge an complaint in consumer court . I also request you to check my job sheet dated on 8 May .The executive from Shivam knowingly done the services in wrong manner and thats why these problem happened.
I hereby like to understand what is the meaning of error E9 which displaying on my AC . I also want to complain that my last service was not done properly as I was promised by Hitachi Dealer for two free of cost service . which is not been performed as per standards and thus there is a fault in my ac unit .
Please note my complaint number is 12070300862 registered on 3 July 2012.
Please help me in this regards.
