I have registered a complain on 15th June 2012 ( complaint number : 12061503064 ) i was given a commitment that my problem will be resolved in 48 hours. But i have not received any response from their end. After waiting many days i finally called their customer care number : 079-30414747 again on 4th August 2012 and registered another complain with complain number : 12080400132 again i was given the commitment that it will resolved in next 48 hours and when i have called after 48 hours i was informed that that the previous rep gave me a wrong commitment and actually it takes 72 hours not 48 hours. even after waiting for 72 hours i have not received any communication from Hitachi’s end. Kindly Look into it.
