Hindustan Times – Gurgaon Leadership offer – A cheat to readers

Hi,

I have booked the Hindustan Times Paper under gurgaon leadership offer(Rs499)- a subscription for one year. I have booked it on 20-04-2013. At the time of booking, I was told it will take a maximum of 21 days for the paper to start. I am constantly chasing HT people but still waiting for a satisfactory response.
HT has one of the worst customer care service, who talks very absurdly with the clients. Also I am chasing the HT people in gurgaon also. They are also making fool by just saying that you just call your area vendor, he will start the paper but when i talked to vendor, he is saying we can’t start the paper without offer coupons.
This is the process going on from last one month. I have fed up to the level that I even don’t want to read HT now.
Please help me in this regard.
