its is not that i have lost my INR 1500 but this about un-ethical behaviour. I purchased a product from this online shopping site fashionandyou and product was a mis-fit in terms of size. I requested to replace it with the right size to which they said its not avaialble. I requested to refund my money to which they declined saying max they can do is to give me a store credit on which i can buy anything of same amount from their site. I accepted their condition.
After 2 days, the size which i wanted was showing avaialble on their site. I called them up and checked on the same to which they gave some wiered answer. I requested them to send me same product using my store credit to which they Again Declined! I talked to their Customer care along with their relationship manager and tried to explain them what I want and asked them why it is not possible!! They were not having any answer to my qustions but they simply rejected my request stating that I have to pay a fresh if i want same product of desired size. Since I wanted to gift it to my close one, I purchased it again thinking I’ll use store credit for any other transaction. Now today, when i wanted to buy some product on their site, i saw ongoing 25% discount on all products. I tried using my store credit availing 25% ongoing discount but again, the site did not allowed me to merge my credit and existing 25% offer. I called their CC again to check on it to which they said that I cannot get discount with my store credit… now why so? I tried to make them understand that it was you who did not returned my cash and instead give me store credit. I wanted refund of my payment!! and also store credit is equal to cash, then why I cannot get ongoing discount offer??
This site is highly un-ethical and non-customer friendly who instead of helping customers cheats on them and represents non-sense behaviour.
Is there anyone who can help getting this sorted!
