I purchased a 2 Ton Ac from Electric Appliance centre Hall Bazar Amritsar vide bill no 3460 dt 31.08.13 which is not working and i have lodged complaint with service centre on 30.06.14 no 14063003238 and was promised to attend it within 24 hours but till date 05.07.2014 it has not been catered .On contact it was informed that a busy season was there .So if it is attended in rainy season then of no use to me as the weather will be pleasant
