This is regarding the complaint(Complaint No. BHO1112120035 ) which I registered on 11 Dec 2012 for my TV Videocon Bazooka. It was attended by technician named Rajendra Yadav, who come for repair and charged us 435 Rs.. He didn’t inform while charging that he had changed a spare part of TV. Immediately on the subsequent day, same problem in the televesion set was seen. As the repair had a warranty of 15 days ,again we have registered a complaint(Complaint no. BHO1212120067) on 12 DEC 2012 This time also the complaint was allocated to Rajendra Yadav. We got a call from him informing us that, we have to bring the tv to Videcon service center When we asked him about his previous visit, he replied very rudely saying that if you want your tv to be repaired better get it to service centre as he is not having time to attend this complaint. On top of it without even informing us this complaint was closed. This is the third time we are raising the same complaint(complaint no.BHO1512120083).
I would like to bring to your notice that this is highly irresponsible behavior demonstrated by Rajendra Yadav.
1) The repair comes with a warranty of 15 days (which was unfulfilled by your technical person).
2) Without prior information part of the tv was changed
3) Extremely disgusting behavior towards an elderly person shown by technical person
Please return the Rs. 435 immediately or repair the tv by sending your technical person in the house.If no action is take by customer care then I have to take it up very seriously with your higher authorities or consumer court.
