I had got personal loan approval of Rs. 2,00,000/- Rate of Interest of 18% (as per your executive Mr. Rohi-7053578539) and got credited 1,97,677/- on dated December 22, 2014 on my OBC account and Rs. 7000/- deducted from same account on same date by Cheque No.143191 of OBC Bank which i gave at the time of document singed from that till date haven’t received any written communication regarding my EMI, Rate of Interest and Loan tenure. The loan account number 011525200030620 i have got form insurance policy of ICICI Lombard secure mind, which premium is of Rs.3600/- received on January 12, 2015
On January 31, 2015 i had got a call form your side that my EMI is Rs.7200/- and Rate of Interest is 27%, than i called on your Toll Free number 1800 103 6001 and your call center executive Mr. Ajay he transferred call to Mr. Bharat and he registered complaint number is 01416384 and told me that it will be sort out with in 48hrs and got a call form our side.
yesterday on 03, 2015 i again called your Toll Free number 1800 103 6001 and your Call center Executive Ms. deepika told my that you will get call from our side by evening.
Today on 04, February 2015 EMI of Rs. 7200/- is deducted from my OBC account I am very much disappointed about Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd. services and commitments.
kindly sort out my problem as early as possible.
