I lost my samsung mobile phone on 2nd June 2012 and within half an hour I called up their customer support number to obtain help and information to recover my phone. The only information they gave me was to file a police complaint. After that I wrote a complaint mail to Samsung about not providing me any support for recovering the phone. That time the company told me to contact my telecom operator. But this important piece of information was not provided to me when I had called customer care immediately after losing phone when my sim was active. If the company had provided me right information at right time I could have recovered my phone.Till 8 days of writing a complaint mail to company, they kept telling me that they are investigating my case. I had put in a lot of patience and effort in handling this matter. I have always been professional with the company. But on the contrary the company seems to be playing some kind of joke with me. After 8 days of registering the complaint, they just told me they can’t help me in this matter and I should contact my service provider.Furthermore, the company has been just testing my patience by not giving any substantial reply for my complaint and by again bringing the matter to square zero. I expect that since not providing the right information at right time is a critical mistake on company’s behalf, it should compensate me for the same. It is company’s liability to provide full information and support to its customers and that is what a brand stands for. If even after building such a big brand, this is how the company treats its customers then I feel really sorry and helpless being a Samsung customer. With full hope I await your reply and expect the right thing to be done by the company now.
