I took an IDEA connection on 3rd April 2012 on Rs 98 rental 2GB DATA usage plan.
My plan was registered as Royal Bengal 99 plan.
I used only 3days of Data Card and stopped using the data card since I got a call from IDEA notifying my usage charges exceeding 6000 rupees.
I got no information from IDEA regarding the data usage plan change or credit limits.
I got the bill of 6049 Rs. from next month, which also mentions my credit limit is 1500 Rs.
The IDEA Number was 9088022431
If my limit was 1500 rs, why the connection was not dropped exceeding the credit limit, why service was continued, that remains unanswered from the IDEA side.
I have attached the bill, which also depicts the abnormal bill generation, it is showing over 70GB of data transactions over 3 hour communication, which is impossible since data card’s 3Mbps speed limit.
Currently I am getting repeated bills and being threatened from IDEA recovery agents on daily basis where as the agent who gave me the connection left the company and IDEA taking no responsibility on their side regarding the abnormal bills. I will not pay any amount without proper justification from the IDEA regarding abnormal bill generation.
I request your kind attention on this regard and immediate intervention from IDEA regarding this undesirable issue.
