High bill

My credit limit is 4000.I received the bill in excess of 77000 despite using airtel’s free postpaid data of 10gb per month.How can a bill be exceeded from a certain credit limit.When I started using my free postpaid data,I checked my airtel app,it displayed 10.2 gb data left for your account including my normal 200 mb allocated for a month.And I also know that I can’t increase my credit limit without airtel officials themselves allocating me and initially I also have to enroll for that.I didn’t enroll for increasing for my credit limit.I even lodged a complaint but to no avail.Airtel people are not even responding.My no is 9623004717.
