I am using ADULQ512K plan of tikona and my user id is 1107477208.When I was given this plan I was told that I will get unlimited 512kbps speed for three months.Now after few days of usage my speed goes to 150 kbps throughout the day and when i call customer care they inform me that your usage limit is over about which i was never told before.If i were told about this I would have never taken the plan in the first place as my requirements include large downloads and that’s why i chose unlimited plan.Neither the salesman nor the representative from Delhi office who called to confirm the order did not mention before that my plan includes a upper data limit.Also the pamphlet i have don’t have any information regarding this.It is only written on the website which i did not had access to as i did-not had internet connection.It should be the responsibility of the company to mention all the details of the plan.So finally I have already paid for three months and i am really disgusted by the services i have received.Now the speed is ridiculously slow and the whole purpose of taking internet is failed.So kindly look into the matter and kindly help reinstate the speed for which i subscribed i.e. 512 kbps unlimited.
