Hiding information during sale & not replacing he damaged mobile within warranty period.

I bought a Nokia 100 mobile from The Mobile Store (Branch – Howrah Mandirtala store no 2098) on 26-Jun-2012. I bought extended warranty also.Next day I found keys and battery are not working. On 29-Jun I submitted the mobile. Now they are telling it will not be replace as 48 hrs over, it will be repaired by Nokia and I have to follow with Nokia. I was not told the term & condition while purchasing the mobile. I tried to complain to the mobile store’s customer care. They are also telling to follow up with Nokia directly. I bought the mobile from The Mobile Store and purchase the extended warranty also and logged complain within 72 hours, then also I will not get the mobile replaced by new one. it is case of hiding the term & condition to customer.
