hidden links

Aircel has some sort of hidden links, such that when ever I click on a link of some other website it goes to the aircel website and something or the other the gets downloaded. I have tried complaining at the customer care service centre on this issue but they don’t seem to understand my complaint. Neither do I get a refund nor does this menace stop. Why do I pay for something that I don’t want? And why does the service provider keep such links? Its like robbing someone in broad daylight and then saying you wanted to get robbed!!
