I bout a Samsung Air Conditioner from Mehta Automobile Vijay Nagar opp Rasoma Lab. We have inquired each and every thing and then finalized the one wanted to have. After that the sales person said that of the wiring crosses 12 feet there will be extra payment, otherwise you don’t have to pay anything. After the AC got delivered to our place, They said we don’t have the stand for condenser of AC and for that you have to pay extra. When contacted at the showroom they said that we don’t have stand. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Please help me out.
