I bought HP desktop from UPTEC, Lucknow on 13-aug-2010. The bought UPS is not working. I inform the customer support of HP on 23-july-2012 with complaint no CA1218390. Repaeted communication has been done but no service person has visited my place and also they have not given me any chance to produce my unit to service centre. My warranty is going to expire on 12 aug-2012.
