I received 8 calls from them yesterday in a span of 15 min that is after I Picked up the call for 5-6 times and informed them that I do not wish to discuss the issue with them anymore and they need to coordinate with the billing department . When I asked for the employee number of the person calling they hung up the phone and a different person called again from the same number .

This is in regards to Vodafone Sim & bill Services…My Vodafone plan was of 499 but I never paid till the time I paid less than 700 or 800….In spite of being not into roaming, I was getting a huge amount.
But 2 months before, I was done when I got unnecessary bill of 700 & then 1400 inspite of num being blocked, I am getting list of bills…& Then they started calling & harrasing me, the CCE People.
They were taking an undue advantage from very first month & they will renew anything or any service, that’s none of my concern…and then company people started threatening me in one way or the another….I am not used to it. Being told to them 10 times or so, please explain me the bill criteria, they are only sending bills…. I am actually Disturbed & now, as I am pissed of, want seriously to take actions against them.
Aap pack kyo banate ho when u have to take your own charges. Please explain
