I am Working in this company for last 2.6 Year, This Company Have more than 500 worker (Gurgaon and Bangalore) and do not provide any facility,

And they fired any Worker without notice
and they rudely behave with us.
they not give full payment
they fine worker if he late only few minute,and also presser them for 2 hours extra work without compensation.

3. Any allowances (I am not sure what other things should be included in a salary break up sheet).
His Manger Krishan Tonk is a fraude person he demand money for offer and experience latter,If some one not give money for offer latter than he fired him without reason,
These company run without management.
In these company senior divided into 2 group
and they silent fight with each other and till date many of worker fired without reason,for last year they do not give me my 20 day paid leave salary, than they laugh on me and give me 3 choice
1-if i gave 1500 rs on my salary than he approved my 20 days paid leave salary.
2-forget my these salary
3and last one left the job
Now Sir I request you please tell me what choice i accept
