I buy one family health insurance from this fraudy co.
The cost of this plan is rs.10000 .When I pay money to this co. Agent they had never provide me any kind of payment receipt. When I ask for receipt they said don’t worry we will give but I never received any kind of reciept yet. This is first
2. After paying money to that co. Agent they 2 months was pasted but this co. Or co. agent has never gives me the paper’s or card of policy till 2 months u know generally other co. Provides papes of insurance within 1 week or maximum 2 week.
3. but finally I got cards of this co. Insurance that was also wrong u know on cards name is written mine but pic on my card they had putten my mother. And on my fathers card name is written correct but pic is incorrect .
4. One day one of my family member was hospitalised from hospital. On that time we have use our card to those hospital they have send all the documents to the this health insurance co. For approval of claim 2 hours has been past but the co. Never gives any response of that after that I was called to the co. Customer care no. And tell them about the claim but they told me we have rejected your claim by ffollowig reasons . And said may be they have any previous hipper tension. But if you believe me my family member those who had hospitalised they don.t have any kind of previous hipper tension or any kind of previous illness it was also disscussed by the treating doctor . And that the time we have never received any reimbersement money from that co. We had paid all the money to our pocket.
my reqest is to you please take an legal action against this co. Please help us to get our whole money
