   Helix Enterprises is not giving me my Rs. 800 towards transportation charges. They sent me wrong dress and I had to send it back to them for Rs. 800. I showed them the courier slip. After a lot of requests, they said they have transferred and showed me their bank statement but I have not gotten any money. I mailed them my mini statement showing that the money has not been credited even after one week. I am waiting for their reply.

   and we do not have your any mail saying that you received your defective product. also if you have mail that says that we told you to sell defective pcs then send us proof of that.
   As it is clearly mentioned in our terms that we do accept defective back if informed in 24 hour. after that you have to send defective back soon.
   But you didnot informed us anything and sent defective product back on 18th apr 2014. please let us know how can we replace pcs after 10 months .

   Please let us know who fare is that saying helix enterprise is fraud if you send pcs back after 10 months without notice.

   We have gone back and forth (I should have guessed it) so many times, and finally ordered catalog 233 through a Gujarathi friend of ours who lives in Romania. These were supposed to be test market samples for the local market and turned out the worst of stitching nightmares. Such a sloppy job, undone seams, crooked stitches, mismatched border, sloppy patchwork trims… I was speechless for the rest of the day, could not even take the samples to the clients I promised. Helix informed us stitching is not their responsibility (really? we paid 350 rs. a piece ). Now we ended wit 6 kg of useless fabric, and $200 loss. Maybe I can do some patchwork table cloth as consolation? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

   Kindly note that Helix Enterprises has approached me and asked to remove my comment and they would refund me back the amount of Rs. 800. Therefore, I ask the concerned people to remove my comment. I am not able to remove them myself. I do not have any complaints against Helix Enterprises if they refund my money. Thank you.

   Helix India run by Aditi Patel is a typical example of how companies take your company and deliver poor quality products. We ordered SEM 223 and paid for shipping overseas and stitching charges. When SEM 223 was received, it was such a horror story. Even a 5 year old kid could have done a better job of stitching. We documented everything and immediately sent to Aditi Patel’s attention. First she started by saying she and Helix are not responsible for stitching. Then she said she will refund the stitching charges provided we remove postings. WHAT A SLIME BALL!!

   People like Aditi and companies like Helix India are the reason India gets a bad name. No sense of integrity. She is ready to cheat and make money at any cost. On top of it, she has the nerve to tell us to remove the post before she can refund Rs 2,100 for stitching. Never did she even take the responsibility for sending a poor product. No ethics. No sense of quality, no sense of customer satisfaction.

   Please do not buy from this company. Very poor communication. All that they want from you is your money. DO NOT BUY. GO ELSEWHERE! Blacklist here everywhere.

   I ordered two dresses from V and V shop in December, money was taken out of account 4 days later, but i have not received any email regarding shipment. It is now January and i still do not have the dresses. I have done some research and found out V and V is associated with helix enterprises also. Why have they taken my money but not given me my order?

   I know the owner’s name is Vipul Mangukiya and I would like him to tell me why his business has not sent me my order….it was supposed to be shipped out within a week to the UK. Yet I have not received my tracking number…

    Hi, please note that Helix Enterprises has returned my money as promised by them. Kindly ignore my complaints. I have no complaints against them and if possible kindly remove the above complaint as I am not able to remove it.
