My name is muzahid hussain and I buy a health insurance plan by l&t general insurance company on 15/03/2013 and valid for 14/03/2014 at mid night.
Unfortunately my bike hited by an animal 16/02/2014 at 11:30 pm. And my right leg broken. And I have sumbit my all papers of regarding the hospital On 14/03/2014. and another query i have submit on 02/04/2014. But L&T general insurance company is not settle my claim.
