HDFC Credit Card people are trying to make a business by fooling their customers

I had issued a request for HDFC Credit Card. Before I received my credit card, I received a call from their customer care executive detailing me regarding the various conditions & features available on my card. She explicitly told me that they are charging a fee of Rupees 600 per annum which would be reimbursed to me if I shop for 10,000/- in first 3 months. This seemed to me like a feasible option.
After a month of receiving my card, I had a couple of queries for which I called their customer service. To my surprise they told me that I need to shop for 30,000/- in first 3 months for the reimbursement as I have a titanium Edge card. I was really infuriated and felt misled. But somehow I managed that as well.
After 4 months when my initial fee wasn’t reimbursed I again called the customer care and this time they had crossed all the limits. They told me that since I am a titanium edge member the reimbursement on my card is not possible.
This obviously made my blood boil.
I didn’t mind that a fee is being charged but what agitated me was the non uniformity of the information that was delivered from their side.
I unnecessarily spent 30K from my Credit card which I could have easily spent from my Debit card. Hence I had to pay the CC interest along with the loss of 600/-.
I don’t have any documents or proofs to support this but I was so shocked to see how much a reputed bank can misled its customers. They should rename ‘customer care’ with ‘Lets make the fool out of customers’.
