Dear Sir, I am lodging the complaint against the HDFC Credit Card in which I have been charged with double loan of same amount i.e. 24741/- for which two emi”s were running of 6 & 12 months out of which I have called for 12 months. In the month of March I have taken the policy of 24741 of HDFC Standard Life Insurance co for which I have been charged in statement generated on April 8 2014 with the loan amount without my knowledge of 6 months and also I have been credited 6 times by HDFC credit card division and debited by 3 times and from same month my EMI also got started of 2 amounts.Every time they just have been charging the interest & late fees on my card a/c and whenever I made a call it was informed that within 3-4 days you will receive the call for the same from HDFC Bank but every time I have recd the call from collection centre. Again in the month of April I have been debited twice by same amount i.e.24741/- for which I am unable to understand how many times my statement is going to bear interest on the same. I have been continously in touch with customer care centre where I have lodged the complaints with regards to double loan a/c problem for which none of the person from their side has ever reverted back for the same. I have been getting the call from the collection dept for which once I have paid the amount of Rs.40000/- in the month of September. I have been continously following up with the HDFC bank but not a single time I have recd any feedback from HDFC regarding the solution of the problem which I have been facing since last 8 months. I am mentally disturbed from HDFC Bank working style & I want the strict action to be taken against them & I want to get a proper justice regard to HDFC Bank. Whenever you want any proof of docs to be reqd I will provide every statement of cards for proof of fraudulent working of HDFC Bank. Awaiting for the proper justice to be given to me.
