Hi,
This is regarding my credit card no. 5242160000120161,I received a call from HDFC Collections department for full & final settlement of my card in the last week of July. I agreed to make the payment in one go & they promised me to send me the settlement letter regarding the same. I went out of town for 10 days & on my return i found a letter from their side stating that they have debited my bank account for the full outstanding amount & not the agreed settlement amount. I am badly hurt with their this act as even on my agreeing to pay the full settlement amount they have debited my bank account with the total outstanding. I am not sure where to raise the issue so raising it through this forum.
Please help.
