HD pack not recharged properly during SD2HD

Hi Team,

My service number is 3005220277-001 and I have upgraded from SD to HD last year in Oct with 1year HD pack. They recharged with Rs:1600/ for HD pack and changed to 1 year pack. Last month my NORMAL NRC has expired and I have recharged with Rs:2126/ and SSVP 12M pack has been enabled. On 26th Mar suddenly my connection got disconnected and I called the customer care, they told, due insufficient balance connection got disconnected. So I have recharged with Rs.155/=.

Again on 13th April, I got a message about my low balance. So I reached customer care and they cleared, In OCT month recharge was not made for 1 year subscription, so daily charge basis it got reduced and they contacted who given me the service on SD to HD and confirmed back end team has not changed to yearly pack on my HD.

Now my HD channels are stopped and I am waiting for call back from customer care to fix this. I recharged yearly pack to avoid monthly disconnect and uninterrupted connectivity. But now purpose is totally waste.
