HCL ME Y2 Tablet

i purchased hcl me y2 tab on 7/3/2014 and its warranty is valid upto 07/03/2015, i visited 6 to 8 times in service center from the date of purchase, because the product is not working properly from beginning.Several time i tried to contact on tall free number 18601800425 but my all effort was in vain.
Now i am very disappointed with the behavior of the company, please tell me how my problem will solve.
