Hello, I ordered one product i.e. Buy One Get One Suit Lengths(both different colors) – Mafatlal Suiting’s on 20th Jan 2013. When I got it, both suitings are of same colour and pattern too.
I called Homeshop18 and Homeshop18 sent Blue-dart curries to get it back for replacement on 24th Jan 2013.
After 7-8 days, i got the replaced product on 2nd Feb 2013, this time Homeshop 18 sent only one product( there has to be suitings as I have ordered Buy One Get One Suit Lengths of Mafatlal Suiting.)
Again homeshop 18 sent bluedart curries to get the product for replacement on 7th Feb 2013.
On 14th of Feb, homeshop18 called and told to me get partial refund but I rejected this offer.
After 11-12 days after date of second replacement homeshop18 haven’t taken any sort of action.
Please kindly look into this matter as I have called them almost 15-20 times.
