This is to bring to your kind notice that my Yureka phone got damaged and i talked to customer care and YU televentures told me that i’ll get a new trans receiver within fifteen days when my damaged phone reaches there..but its been my phone was picked up on 26th october 2015…and here i’m waiting for my phone to arrive back..every time i call their support they just ask me to wait and say its in process..i dont understand how long does it take to dispatch a new trans-receiver
sir i’m really exhausted by this whole rut. i’ve had spent more than Rs.400 on calling YU Support and was never provided with a proper assistance by them.
please Help!!!
