I Anshumali Mishra purchased a product from 100bestbuy.com which was shipped by the company on dated – January 15, 2013 which according to First Flight Couriers Ltd. was delivered to me on January 17, 2013. but I didn’t receive anything till now. They say that they delivered to some Anil which they were not authorized to do. They gave me numbers of 3-4 persons in Noida and said that they will help me with proof of delivery. After getting in touch with them they didn’t help me and stopped picking up my phones. I then mailed a complaint to [email protected] asking for a proof of delivery for which they sent just status stating that they have delivered the product to my office on January 17, 2013 from Mr. Shailesh Shinde while their website was showing status as Pending – Branch Misroute.
Now I am constantly trying to get my product and after repeated calls to Mr. Shailesh Shinde no satisfactory answer is from their side.
They don’t have the proof of delivery and they don’t have the product. Please help me to take a action against them and get my product.
