Have not got more than full talktime (Rs120) on recharge of Rs 110

Res Sir,

My self saurav batra subscriber of tata docomo with phone no +919896331530

I recharged my number of Rs 110 trans. ID 100001717095185 at 12:55 pm on 13 july 2012
but i got Rs 97.9 instead of Rs 120 (as per special recharge of Rs 110 With Talk time of Rs 120)

I request you to please credit Rs 22.1 in my A/c as soon as possible
