Dear Sir,
I have a hathway broadband connection with account number 621474 and it is with my wife’s name S.Anupriya. I have been using this connection from more than 2 years and they have never provided me proper connection always issues with the connection like cable problem, modem problem, server problem and lack of technicians like that and no speed promised by them. Several times. they take the charge for 4 months everytime and they do not even provide the connection for 15 to 30 days in 4 months. on apr 4th they have taken 1700 from me for 4 months connection and given only 15 days connection.Now on august 24th they have taken 815/- from me for 2 months connection as i told then i need immediate internet to use and they said with in one our they restore my connection and after 5 days also till they have not given connection. they are not answring and they are not refunding my amount. I have been calling them more than 30 or 40 times with in these 5 days , they are just telling we will inform to concern dept and get back to you. there is a problem with your area and we will not refund the money. they are not giving the connection and they are not refunding my money. their customer care number is 04066989898. And the lady who called me for billing and promissed for immediate connection and extra capacity is with the number 8790991096. she is not lifting my phone after that in spite i called her several times. I called custmoer care several times and talked with Balakrishna and Rajitha and many others, but no responce all are saying we can not refund the amount.Please have a look into it sir.
