i logdge complaint abt internet not working on 27/6/12.twice engineers came to visit,bt unable to detect the problem.till date i lodge a complaint everyday.speak with engineers everyday.everyday they promise to visit and check the internet.bt till date no-one has turned up.
can this issue be raised in front of consumer court? i have called up more than 50 times,this is catching my nerves..and feel that this is not the way to serve a customer.
