I am vikas mishra. I have a broadband connection provided by Hathway. my account is no 1074600 and plan for 600 kbps. I want to upgrade my connection but Hathway says there is no provision for up-gradation regarding my plan but at the time of connection I specifically asked their representative about upgradation and he said “you can”. now from last two week i am calling customer care and they are refusing to up grade my connection.
