Dear Sir,
I have purchased a mobile 5800xm IN 2010 and I had extended the Warranty by paying at Nokia Care. After few months its screen display observed distorted(Fuzzy)in cold Condition and when it is in Hot it works Fine.
when I send it to NOKIA CARE CENTRE they said it wont cover in Warranty and will take Rs 2500/- as Replacement of damaged parts of Display. Also they took the MOBILE INSIDE AND BRING THE PARTS WHICH ARE TO REPLACE BUT MY DOUBT IS THAT THEY HAD KEPT MY PARTS INSIDE & TAKEN OTHERS DAMAGED PARTS TO ME TO SIGN and asked me to come next day.
Here MY DOUBT STANDS WITH YOUR HELP I WANT TO VERIFY WE THERE THE SIGNED PARTS ARE REALLY TAKEN OFF FROM MY MOBILE OR ANOTHER S.
Next day The NOKIA CARE EXECUTIVE giving a fresh estimate of 4500/- Which I feel a gross In justice as they Double up the anount More over Before giving to NOKIA CARE MY MOBILE IS VERY MUCH WORKING. When I asked them that I am unable to Pay such hefty amount they said since I am dis satisfied with them they provide me a special Discount of Rs 200/-. My question is that why they are giving discounts to convience Customer on threating them that Matter will be taken to CONSUMER COURT.
