my brother 7 years ago left from India and settled in England. now after 7 years some 1 from Barclay bank credit card kotak bank recovery agent harnessing to me by calling on my neighbor residence number. and today 2 ladies came to my place and told me to give in written that they can take any action against my brother etc. i don’t know anything about this matter and y should i give in written. this home belong to my father not to my brother. we already given them my brother England number also. agent name was rajshree and her cell number is 8652497567. request u please stop her to vising my place because already my dad heart patient. she used so abusive language in front of neighbors. as in my family me and my mom dad only at home so its very difficult for us to handle them. they given me head officer number also 02261988342. request you please solve this matter urgently.

    I am facing the same problem as mentioned in the thread here. Some lady is calling me from the exact same number from Mumbai saying that someone staying in my apartment complex (who i do not know) has given my number as reference for their credit card. The lady says that the number of that person is unobtainable, and hence i should get it touch with that person and inform Kotak/Barclays.

    I do not understand how my number went as reference in the first place as I have not made and confirmation of verification of this. I urge you to look into this ASAP as I have neither the time or motivation to entertain this. My next action would be to lodge a police complaint for fraudulent use of my personal information and harassment.
