Harresment by sbi card

Location/place: kolkata

Name of company/service: sbi credit card

Dear Sir,

Due to my some personal i have surrender this card last year. My card no.is 4377-4862-0412-4067. they receive my cancellation latter which copy still in my hand. and now they told me that you have some outstanding balance and again & again they send me the letter of outstanding. Actually i heavily Harassment by sbicard.

Therefore i would request you to solve my problem and relief me from the Harassment.

So i urge you to kindly take some legal action against them,
