Harrassment to Customers Porting Number to Other Operators

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Loop Mobile

I’ve been using this number since more than four months (I got it ported from Vodafone). Now that due to network issues I decide to port it back to another network, I get an SMS from Loop Mobile that my address verification is ‘incorrect’ and that I need to call 198 or visit the nearest Loop Mobile Store. They have disabled all my outgoing and incoming services. On calling them, the representative tells me to call later as they are upgrading their systems (it is always the case when you call them).
