Harrassment over telephone over closed connection

Name of company/service: Tata Teleservices Limited

I was using a Tata Photon connection # 937149189 which i closed with a full andfinal settlement with the company on 26/06/2013 vide HSBC CHEQUE NO. 313204 REALISED ON 29/06/2013 as I was extremely dissatisfied with the services. However I am still getting calls from their call centre saying that I have outstanding amount on my connection. This is extremely irritating and more so as my number is registered with National DO NOT DISTURB SERVICES. Today I got a call from 9038941474 asking me to upograde my connection . I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONNECTION OF TATA PHOTON. THEREFORE PLEASE LOOK INO THE MATTER AS THIS IS A VRY NGGIN PROBLM AND CUSIN EXTRREME HARASSMENT.
