This complaint is against Vodafone. It is for my Sister’s Mo Mobile.
My Sister deposited the last bill on 23 Jan. And then visited the vodafone store to get her number disconnected. She was told that as she had made an online payment her number will be blocked as soon as the amount is reflected in the account. Today we received as call from vodafone and they said that she owe vodafone 2200 Rs from Feb-Jun. My sister is no longer in India and she left India after requesting the number to be disconnected. This is a harrassment from vodafone. Their agent at not ready to accept their mistake and ask us to provide that she visited the vodafone store. How can we provide them this proof. That is too after 6 months…
Need Help in resolving.
