To The Person Concern,
I have filled the form in the store called Spencer in Megamall GGN after which i received the call from the company called Country Vacations that i have won a holiday package & dinner set and been continuosly contacted by the company official to come and collect the Gift.On sunday me and my Husband Mr Amit Sharma went to collect the informtion about the same but those officials make us sit separetly and fill a form so and when my Husband refused to fill the form separetly the manager name Mr Deep Sharma insulted him infront of staff and other couples saying that we are not married and was abusive.When we received the call from the Staff namely Mr Manoj and Mr Prince nobody mention about the description of this type of assessment or that we have to present the proof of marriage to collect the gift that they offered us in lucky draw. Due to this kind of entrpament and insult i and my husband felt huge mental harrassment.
Kindly request to check in the above matter as it is was matter for them sell their Holiday package but we both have been a victims of mental harrassment.
