Harrasment with new prepaid connection.

Location/place: new delhi

Name of company/service: vodafone.

my name is payal prajapati.
my vodafone mumber is 9999593687.

I was getting SMS about resubmitting docs for the connection. But suddenly from today morning I am not able to make calls or send SMS.

In this regard 2 days back talked to the store (mobile point, 18/2, old rajendranagar,new delhi-60) from which I got connection. He said Vodafone might not have updated the system and that’s why I was getting the SMS. And I shouldn’t worry about it.

But when today my outgoing calls got barred, it seems there is a big issue in Vodafone system/process. If any document is not submitted to Vodafone main office, then its also the fault of the store which sold the sim. Why only me be harassed!! This is very rude.so i am writing to you about this incident. How can Vodafone send such SMS or bar outgoing calls, does this means people are getting connection without producing proof documents??!!

there are many complaints lodged with the same issue by many and vodafone customer care is not responding well in this regard. they are being rude and disconnecting calls of their valuable customers.

pls help me- citizens of india.
